Using StopFlow

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These terms apply when you use the StopFlow mobile application or website. By using StopFlow, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful delivery activities.

What StopFlow provides

StopFlow helps drivers enter delivery stops, confirm addresses, scan label text, optimize stop order, save routes, prepare navigation, and open a customer contact in WhatsApp. Features may change as the product develops.

Your responsibility

Vehicle and routing limits

StopFlow’s active routing flow is intended for cars and vans. It does not provide verified heavy-truck routing and must not be used to bypass height, weight, hazardous-material, access, or other vehicle restrictions.

Third-party services

StopFlow works with services such as Google Maps Platform, Google Cloud Vision, device location services, external navigation apps, and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and availability. StopFlow does not claim that an external navigation app automatically reports a delivery as completed.

Accuracy and availability

OCR, address resolution, route ordering, GPS, network services, and third-party links may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. StopFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for checking the delivery details and selecting a safe, lawful route.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access credentials or other users’ information, overload the API, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer protected services, or use StopFlow to harm another person.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StopFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect losses, missed deliveries, navigation errors, traffic incidents, lost data, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
