Privacy Policy

StopFlow is a delivery-route application operated by Ahmad Naser in Tira, Israel. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information StopFlow uses

How information is used

Information is used to resolve and confirm addresses, organize a route, prepare navigation, extract delivery fields from a label, save your routes on your device, and help diagnose technical failures. StopFlow does not sell personal information or use delivery information for advertising.

Where information is processed

Label images

StopFlow sends only the image area you select for OCR. Label images are intended to be processed transiently and are not retained by StopFlow as a package-photo archive. Recognized text remains visible for your review so you can correct or reject it before using it.

Location choices

Location permission is optional. If permission is denied, unavailable, or later revoked, you can enter a starting location manually. StopFlow does not use background location tracking.

Retention and deletion

Locally saved information remains until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall StopFlow. You can use the Privacy & Data screen to export routes or delete StopFlow’s local app data. See the data-deletion instructions for details.

Security

StopFlow uses reasonable technical safeguards, including server-side credential handling, encrypted network transport, input limits, and bounded processing. No service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid entering information that is not needed for a delivery.

Children

StopFlow is a work tool for delivery drivers and businesses. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as StopFlow develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to himoralabs@gmail.com.
