StopFlow does not currently require a user account. Routes and app preferences are primarily stored locally on your device, so you can remove them directly without submitting an account-deletion request.
Delete data inside StopFlow
- Open StopFlow.
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy & Data.
- If needed, export your routes before continuing.
- Select Delete all app data and confirm the warning.
This removes StopFlow’s locally saved routes, stops, preferences, and related app data from that device. It does not delete information held independently by Google, WhatsApp, your navigation app, or your phone’s operating system.
If you cannot open the app
Use your phone’s application settings to clear StopFlow’s storage, or uninstall StopFlow. Clearing storage and uninstalling may be permanent, so export anything you need first when possible.
Questions or server-related requests
StopFlow does not maintain a user account database at this stage and does not retain label images as an archive. For a privacy question or a request concerning limited server diagnostics, email himoralabs@gmail.com. Do not include customer addresses, phone numbers, or package-label images.
